Program Description

In the 20th Century, life in the west became compartmentalized. Personal lives were separated from our work lives, giving rise to the need of work life balance. The problem is, there’s no difference between our work lives and personal lives - it’s all life! This presentation will explore why NOW is the time for higher consciousness in the workplace, how we can restore wholeness to all workers, and provide tangible actions to give you and your team an opportunity to gain NOT work life balance, BUT work life presence.

Speaker Bio

Dan is a CEO and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 3Sixty Leadership, a firm helping Founders, CEOs, and Senior Leaders master their inner game, lead with intention, and find equanimity. Prior to coaching, Dan was CEO of a leading company in the Outdoor Adventure industry where he was awarded SmartCEO’s top workplace culture award and was recognized by Outside Magazine as one of the top businesses to work for in the country. Dan exited the business after almost a decade leading the organization and its 250 employees. Dan has nearly 20 years of management experience to include working for Fortune 500 companies such as CH2M and Booz Allen Hamilton and federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and multiple branches of the Department of Defense. Dan’s last corporate position was with the London 2012 Olympics. He holds a BS in Business Administration from McDaniel College and a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. When Dan isn’t coaching or consulting with leaders on their organizations, you can find him playing jokes on his 6-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter, deepening his meditation practice, or hitting the trails on his mountain bike.
