Program Description

Setting goals is essential for personal growth and achievement, but the real magic lies in the power of habits. In this discussion, we will delve into the fascinating world of habits and learn how they can be the secret sauce to turning your goals into reality. The core of the workshop will revolve around identifying "identity habits" and understanding their transformational potential. These are the habits deeply rooted in our self-perception and values, which, when cultivated, can bring about lasting change and align our behaviors with our aspirations. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a toolkit of actionable strategies to create and sustain identity habits that support your journey towards achieving your goals. Whether you aim for career growth, better health, or personal development, this workshop will equip you with the knowledge and motivation to take charge of your habits and lead you closer to your goals.
